Easy. We’ve attached a digital Secret Shopper Spot Check online form in this email. All we ask is you fill out all criteria based on your visit and email back to us within in 3 days of receipt. 

 

*Please make sure to request a printed copy of your receipt when you visit. This shares Location, Date, Time and Check # to verify.* 

 

Once we’ve received your returned Secret Shopper Spot Check digital form, we will reward your honest feedback with a $5 E-Gift Card sent directly to your email address. You may use this E-Gift Card towards any in store purchase.
