Whidbey Coffee Donation & Sponsorship Guidelines

At Whidbey Coffee, we are proud to support the communities we serve. Our mission extends beyond serving great coffee — we aim to foster meaningful connections, support local causes, and make a positive impact where our customers and team members live and work.

Donation Focus & Priorities

We prioritize donation requests that align with the following criteria:

  1. Local Community Impact
    • Events and programs based within or directly benefiting the communities where Whidbey Coffee operates.
    • Organizations with a clear mission to serve local needs in areas such as education, environmental stewardship, youth programs, or community wellness.
  1. Staff Involvement
    • Preference is given to causes or events where Whidbey Coffee staff are actively involved as volunteers, organizers, or participants.
    • We value team member advocacy and believe our staff are key ambassadors in supporting causes that matter.
  1. Event/Program Alignment
    • Events should align with Whidbey Coffee’s brand values: community, inclusivity, sustainability, and positive social impact.
    • Requests tied to events that promote responsible behavior and community building will be given priority.
  1. Donation Volume & Frequency
    • Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we reserve the right to limit the number of donations granted in any given quarter or calendar year.
    • Organizations may submit only one request per calendar year to ensure we can support a broad range of causes.
    • Past support does not guarantee future donations.
    • Please submit at least 30 days prior to your event.
